What are the conditions for returns?
- Apparel must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must be in original condition
- Packaging must be undamaged
- Within 30 days of the original purchase
What are the charges for returns?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund
- There are no restocking fees for exchanges
- We may charge a 20% restocking fee for refunds
How do I initiate a return?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions
How soon will I get my replacement or refund?
- We will send you a notification email once your return has been received and inspected
- If requesting an exchange, a replacement unit will be shipped within 5 business days
- If requesting a refund, a credit (minus any return shipping charges) will be issued within 10 business days
- All exchanges and refunds are subject to approval
